★用料★
西蘭花一顆、蝦仁150克、大蒜三瓣、生抽一勺、蠔油一勺、食用油一勺、澱粉一勺、料酒一勺、鹽少許。

★做法★
1.將西蘭花洗乾淨,切成小塊。

2.加料酒和澱粉醃制一下蝦仁,使蝦仁更滑嫩。

3.將大蒜切成蒜末備用。
